A Life Worth Living carries a lot of meaning for me. As someone who has struggled over the years with finding clarity when it comes to creating goals and envisioning what my future could look like, I’ve come to find out the hard way that it takes daily work to make progress toward that future self. I have to decide to be that person. Sometimes life feels like a real struggle, interspersed with wonderful moments of joy. But it is me. All of it.
So why a newsletter? ALWL is my way of sharing my journey, my 5+ decades of lived life, in the hopes that it will provide you the reader with inspiration and hope. I share the ups and downs because that’s what real life is like. I do that to create a genuine connection with you and share what’s in my heart, something that doesn’t always come easily for me. I’ll share updates from my personal life, the trials and tribulations of entrepreneurship, podcast episodes I’ve published, podcast tips, updates from my spiritual escapades, and the occasional life experiment.

I’m the Founder of FullCast, a full-service, done-for-you podcast production and marketing agency, which I launched in 2015. I consider myself a heart-led entrepreneur who specializes in being a conduit for awakened and conscious souls ready to broadcast their genius in a way that radically transforms their audiences’ lives at a global and cosmic level.
After 20+ years of the 9-5, I launched my first show in 2014, Podcast Junkies. In 2020, I launched my second show Vertical Farming Podcast. Across both shows I’ve interviewed over 400 guests and through my agency have helped over 120 clients launch their shows.
I’ve spoken on stage about the importance of finding your voice, why long-term engagement with your podcast guests is key, and my experience launching a sponsor-led show that was profitable from Day 1. I shared lessons learned from my first 25 interviews in my book, Around the Podcast Campfire.
