Every letter I share a story about my life in a way that you can hopefully relate to. I believe we are all here to share our journey, both the highs and the lows, as this is how we collectively raise the consciousness of the planet. If anything resonates with you, please share! 🙏
As I mentioned last letter, I've recently joined a new group called the Dharma Artist Collective (DAC). I'm currently on Day 18 and am feeling called to share my experience so far.
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” - Mary Oliver
This quote gets mentioned a lot during our post-sprint chats, and it’s been sitting with me for weeks.
Many people, myself included, have always struggled with this idea of identifying what it is we are meant to do here on earth. For some people, it’s crystal clear. Others go their entire lives without figuring it out.
Embracing My Dharma: A Journey of Clarity and Connection
As I embark on this journey with the DAC, I've found myself reflecting deeply on my purpose and the transformative experiences that have come with our intentional, focused work sessions. Every morning at 7am, we gather with our cameras on, dedicating uninterrupted 90-minute stretches to our dharma. These sessions have become a sanctuary of growth and self-discovery.
Starting my mornings consistently with meditation has been a game-changer. I’ve been able to resume my 3-a-week workouts. I’ve also been carving out time during these sprints to journal again. In a recent entry, I had a profound realization about the importance of being present and letting go of fear. I wrote:
"Time is not linear, so I AM not late. I AM right where I AM supposed to be and I don’t need to feel fear anymore at any time for the remainder of my incarnation on Earth."
I can’t explain where that thought came from. Only that the space has seemed to allow my mind to relax and let these thoughts flow freely. This affirmation brought a sense of peace, reminding me that every challenge and experience has been strategically planned for my growth.
Conversations with My Higher Self
Commonly referred to as Morning Pages, these 20-minute uninterrupted writing stretches will occasionally help me tap in to what I can only describe as my Higher Self. This ‘transmission’ came in pretty strongly a few days ago, serving as an (explicit) reminder of my artistic essence and the divine timing of my journey:
"You are a fucking artist, and the only way you get better is by reps, by flexing the muscle. Art is not only music; art is writing, art is poetry, art is dancing, art is music, art is curation, art is gathering, art is coaching, art is sharing, art is helping. You are all of that and then some."
This reaffirmation of my creative essence has been a guiding light, encouraging me to embrace my artistic pursuits without fear of imperfection.
Finding Clarity Amidst Distractions
Distractions are a constant battle, but finding clarity and focus during these uninterrupted sessions has been a game-changer.
During last Sunday’s sprint, I published a new electronic music track for the first time in NINE YEARS! (click below to check it out)

Self-Expression & Daily Reminders
I’ve come to experience first-hand just how important expressing ourselves is crucial for our well-being. I wrote:
"If it is not expressed, it is repressed. If it is repressed, it is showing up in your physical body in ways you may not have realized."
That one resonated strongly, the moment I completed that sentence.
What’s important is that I not be too hard on myself and focus on embracing each day and lean into the power of focused attention.
"Every day is a new opportunity to live my best life possible.”
These experiences with the DAC have been transformative, reminding me of the importance of presence, purpose, and self-expression. As I continue this journey, I invite you to reflect on your own dharma.
What is the one thing you want to do with your precious life?
Remember, it is never too late to start.
With gratitude,
🙏 Harry
