On Sunday evening I board a flight to Dortmund, Germany.
Yeah, I know, I was thinking the same thing 9 months ago.
Where the F is Dortmund and how the hell does one get there?

It never ceases to amaze me what is possible with a focused intention when it comes to growing a new podcast.
The key is going SUPER niche, and over-delivering with your content. Find the sponsors that align with your mission, and over-deliver for them as well.
As a result, I’m now the host of the #1 podcast in indoor farming, and the momentum shows no sign of slowing down.
I’m not some sort of Einstein-level podcaster. You can do this as well.
Find that topic (in a growing industry) that you can’t stop talking about and find the most high-profile folks in that industry.
You will learn SO much and, even better, bring your listeners along the journey.
