i’m now 2 for 3 when it comes to getting sick after a conference + travel.
i’ve added green powder organifi to my daily regimen, which seems to be helping, but clearly I could be doing more.
good news, it’s not covid (i tested).
my long term goal, especially as i approach my 52nd is to get my fitness (and my immune system) to the best it’s ever been.
one thing that has helped is finding the muscle booster app which has helped me develop a consistent workout regimen, which I’ve built in to follow my daily meditation/intentions.
